From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel tucked away while still being part of a beautiful neighborhood. Sidewalks wind throughout the development, where large ponds, fountains, and a charming gazebo create the perfect setting for a morning walk or an evening stroll.

Inside, soaring ceilings and spacious living areas make the home feel open, bright, and inviting. Large windows showcase peaceful views of the surrounding woods and the pond behind the home, bringing the scenery right inside. With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms—including a bathroom conveniently located next to or within each bedroom area—everyone has room to relax and get ready without feeling crowded.

Step outside and you’ll find two large decks made for enjoying the setting. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the woods, spend the afternoon relaxing in a swing chair, fire up the grill for dinner, gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down, or end the night soaking in the hot tub under the stars.

The kitchen is fully stocked for guests who actually want to cook, with cookware, dishes, utensils, and the essentials you need to prepare meals at home. You’ll also have two full-size refrigerators, an additional beverage fridge, coffee and tea, an ice maker, and even an ice-ball maker for the bourbon lovers in your group.

Movie night is an experience of its own. Head downstairs to the theater room, make fresh popcorn in the popcorn machine, grab some candy, get comfortable, and enjoy a night in without ever leaving the house.

Fresh towels and linens are provided, bedrooms have their own TVs, and thoughtful touches are found throughout the home so you can pack less and enjoy more.

And your dogs are welcome, too! The Luxe Ledge is genuinely dog-friendly because we know a vacation is even better when the whole family gets to come along.

The home is thoroughly cleaned before every stay, with fresh linens and towels provided. However, two Labrador Retrievers regularly live in the home, and Labs shed! Despite thorough cleaning, it is simply impossible to guarantee that every single stray dog hair will be found. You may occasionally notice a stray hair during your stay.

Because this is a dog-friendly home where dogs regularly live, guests with dog allergies or strong sensitivities to pet hair or dander should carefully consider whether this property is the right fit.
