Long stays

For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay clean is required to maintain the apartment standard. A refresh or full clean can be arranged for $309.

Building etiquette

No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours apply. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high-quality experience for all guests and residents.
• No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is breached.

• No parties or events are permitted at any time.

• Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00pm and 7:00am to respect neighbouring residents.

• Registered guests only. Only guests included on the reservation are permitted in the apartment.

• Keys / access fobs: Lost keys or fobs will incur a $250 replacement fee.

• Check-in: Please arrive within your scheduled check-in window. Missed check-ins may incur a $50–$100 call-out fee if assistance is required.

• Departure: Please leave the apartment reasonably tidy. Any damage or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
