This all wood cabin features a cozy queen bed and a cool living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a Gameday. With a wrap around porch and sitting areas facing the woods to the back of the house and a covered, screened, and lit/fanned front porch, the house is perfect for relaxation after a long day. The property also has a covered Gazebo and BBQ Pit, a Fire Pit with seating, and loads of mature beautiful trees and nature plants. Enjoy watching the wild life (squirrels, deer, rabbit, birds, waterfowl, etc) in and near Bayou Fountain behind the cabin. The Property is fenced in and gated for security and has a private one way street to the front of the property as well as parking spots for each of the 4 units on site. If there are any issues the hosts live minutes away. Within walking distance (1/2 mile or less) of the property include Court to Table ( a popular family friendly restaurant/bar, equipped with pickleball courts and tons of games), Pharmacys (walgreens and CVS), Arlington Market Place (shopping center anchored with Rouses and with tons of restaurants including Chik-Fil-et, Daves Hot Chicken, Dicki's BBQ, Playa Bowls, McAlisters, Wingstop, FinBomb, Whataburger, Atomic Burger, Smoothie King, Rotolos, Chipotle, Cheba Hut (subs), Andy's Frozen Custard, Dutch Bros, CC's, & Brew Coffee, as well as Bars such as Spanky's Daquiris and Lakeside Daquiris.)
