Very clean, felt safe. Area close to my destinations

I love to stay here. I have to come every 2 months for a board meeting. I’ve been staying at this particular hotel for about 2 years straight. We have tried 6 or 8 others around town and for the money, this one wins hands down. Most of the other hotels have a little nicer things in them, but when you just need a nice, clean comfortable bed to put your head down on, this one beats them all. And if you do need something, all you have to do is ask.
We usually arrive late in the evening, and the lobby is supposed to be open until 10:00, but it’s usually already locked up by the time I get there so I have to check-in from the outside window. This particular visit, it was really cold, so I don’t like standing there 5 minutes or so, freezing my buns off, but I guess I can’t blame them the way things are these days.
Also, it is next door to a gentleman’s club. Since I always arrive on Sunday evening, it’s closed, but I don’t know how it might be during the week or weekend.

didn't like it was across from a gentlemen's club but, the club wasn't obnoxious but it was an eye sore
