The whole home is yours — every room, inside and out. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, with two comfy roll-away beds for a total of 8. Both roll-aways tuck into the downstairs bedroom, so no one sleeps in a living space and your common areas stay open.
Spread out in two living rooms with board games and books for slow family evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook a real meal, there are two bathrooms, and we keep a pack-and-play on hand for the littlest guests.
Outside, a new cement patio sits off the pool and a wood deck opens off the kitchen — good spots for morning coffee or an evening drink. The large, flat backyard is made for yard games, and we keep a few ready to go. Plenty of parking, and a quiet neighborhood to settle into.

Papas Legacy House sits just 5 minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells — close enough for easy access to the action, tucked away enough for a quiet, private stay. Known as the "Waterpark Capital of the World," the Dells is packed with family attractions: Noah's Ark and Mt. Olympus waterparks, the famous Dells boat tours through the sandstone bluffs of the Wisconsin River, mini-golf, go-karts, and a lively downtown strip full of shops, arcades, and restaurants. Beyond the tourist buzz, the area has a laid-back, small-town Midwest charm — think local diners, scenic river views, and quiet evenings back at the house after a big day out. Whether you're chasing thrills or slowing down, you're perfectly positioned for both.

Driving is the most practical option for guests — the area is car-centric with easy access to US‑12/State Highway 13 and State Highway 23. Downtown Wisconsin Dells and major resorts are a short drive (typically under 10–15 minutes depending on traffic). Public transit within the Dells is limited; local taxi companies, private shuttles (resort shuttles and seasonal tour shuttles), and rideshare services operate but availability can be spotty outside peak tourist seasons. The downtown core is walkable for short trips around Broadway and major attractions; biking is possible on local roads but not all streets have dedicated bike lanes.

Brand-new pool, first season! Our heated pool stays open into fall — later than most in town — but once the weather truly turns cold, we close it for the season. If you're booking later dates, send us a message and we'll let you know the pool's status so there are no surprises.
Please keep an eye on children around the pool at all times. We're a family-run home rather than a resort — we self-manage and answer messages quickly if you need anything during your stay.
