Inside you’ll find a luxurious king-size bed with hotel-quality linen, a separate living room with a Smart TV and Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, air fryer and washer-dryer, plus a spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower. Our signature coffee station is fully stocked with tea, coffee and decaf, and we’ve included luxury toiletries and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The Nest is also furry friend friendly, so your four-legged companion is welcome to enjoy the adventure too.

Step outside and you’re just moments from the River Thames, independent cafés, traditional pubs and beautiful riverside walks. Bibury, Burford, Cirencester and many of the Cotswolds’ most iconic villages are all within easy reach.

There isn’t private parking with the apartment, but free on-street parking is usually available nearby, and we’ll let you know the best places to park before you arrive. We can’t wait to welcome you to The Nest.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Pets

One well-behaved dog under 20kg is welcome. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a furry friend. A £40 pet fee applies.

No smoking

No smoking in the building or near the communal areas.

Quiet hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am, especially in communal areas.

No parties or events

Parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
