There is a total of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, featuring an expansive main floor living room, a chef`s kitchen and large dining table and eating area, a secondary lounge area downstairs, along with a laundry room and large entryway mudroom, all split over 3 large levels. The outdoor dining area on the mountain facing balcony has a gas BBQ and lounge seating with a view.

Park and leave your bikes or golf clubs in your large private 2 car garage. Ski racks and large heated boot dryer make this home the perfect base for your winter adventures. Please note there is a 3 car maximum (2 in garage and 1 outside garage), extra cars are pay per day in Whistler Village.

The main open living area features a large dining table with chandelier that views directly out to the mountains. Comfortable seating around the wood burning fireplace is perfect for cozying up! Entertain and boast your culinary skills in the chefs kitchen. The master bedroom located on the top floor of the house, offers unrestricted mountain views, an ensuite with a feature skylight over the deep soaker tub, a double vanity and walk in shower. The lower floor features three queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and another full bathroom. Settle in to one of the luxurious lounge chairs in the second living area that is downstairs.

- Zero tolerance for partying/loud music
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties.
- No pets
- No smoking/smokers
**House & Complex does not allow any smoking and are quick to fine for any smoking infractions. As a result prefer not to host families/groups with smokers at this property**

Then entire 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home along with all contents and amenities will be available exclusively for your enjoyment!

Available before, during and after your stay to help with anything at all, but respectful of your privacy!
