About this house rental

Spacious house near downtown Grand Rapids MN, trails, lakes, and forest preserves. Your whole group will enjoy using this house as a base from which to work and explore the surrounding area. Primary guest must be at least 24 years or older. Please note that the hot water has an earthy/eggy smell, but using soaps and mixing it with the cold water tends to improve it. Our fire stoves are out of order currently.
