Just 200m from the sands of Suttons Beach, it offers the space and privacy of a standalone home without the price tag.

Stroll the esplanade, browse Redcliffe Markets, or enjoy rooftop drinks at Sunny`s at the Sebel or the Komo.

The Belvedere is a 5-minute drive for the best sunset on the bay.

The Palms takes its name from the bed & breakfast motel that once operated here — known to locals as The Palms, established in the mid-1980s and still marked by a sign at the Suttons Beach end of Macdonnell Road.

The spacious living and dining area you`ll be relaxing in was the original reception and shared guest lounge. The tradition of welcoming people to this little corner of the peninsula continues.

The Palms is the most private stay in our collection. Entered via your own electric gate from Macdonnell Road, it has no shared entry or access points with our other stays — you arrive, close the gate behind you, and the space is entirely yours.

The large open-plan living and dining area flows through to a well-equipped kitchen — everything you need for a longer stay or a group weekend.

We`re nearby if you need anything at all — and equally happy to leave you to enjoy your own space.

The Palms sits beneath The Verandah, our upstairs 2 bedroom space which is part of the same Queenslander building.

As with many coastal character weatherboard homes, some noise can transfer between levels. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise after 8pm — this applies to music, TV volume, and pets.

We`re one of the few pet-friendly stays on the Redcliffe Peninsula. The Palms is our most dog-friendly option — fully enclosed yard, private driveway, and no shared outdoor areas.
Dog-friendly parks and beaches are close by.

The covered driveway accommodates a caravan or boat — please mention this at booking if you`re arriving with an oversized vehicle so we can confirm fit.
