Enjoy a great Daytona Beach Shores location directly on the Atlantic Ocean, just south of Dunlawton Avenue. You’ll find beachfront restaurants, casual dining and local favorites along South Atlantic Avenue, plus a nearby miniature golf course that’s a fun outing for families and kids. Cross the Dunlawton Bridge to Port Orange for additional restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Head north along the beach for easy access to Daytona Beach attractions and entertainment.


Guests have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo, including the fully equipped kitchen, large oceanfront balcony, separate family lounge with sleeper sofa and in-unit laundry room. Beach gear is provided for guest use, including beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler and beach towels.

Guests also have access to the year-round heated oceanfront pool, fitness center, recreation room and direct beach access. Convenient elevators provide access to the 4th floor.

Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles. One vehicle may park in the indoor garage, and the second vehicle may park in the outdoor parking lot.

A car is recommended for exploring Daytona Beach Shores and the surrounding area. The nearby Dunlawton Bridge provides easy access to Port Orange, the mainland, shopping, restaurants and major roadways. Uber, Lyft and local taxi services are also available throughout the area. Daytona Beach and its attractions are a short drive north along South Atlantic Avenue, and Daytona Beach International Airport is easily accessible by car.


Located on the 4th floor with convenient elevator access nearby, the condo offers easy access to the beach, year-round heated oceanfront pool, fitness center and recreation room. Parking is available for up to two vehicles, with one space in the indoor garage and additional outdoor parking for a second vehicle. A 7-night minimum stay is required. Please note that pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony.
