The open connection between the living room, dining area, and kitchen keeps the first floor feeling spacious and social.



Dining and Kitchen



The dining room seats four and sits conveniently near the kitchen, making meals easy to organize without separating the group. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an island with additional seating for two, giving guests extra counter space for breakfast, snacks, or casual meals. Whether you are preparing a quick meal before heading to the parks or enjoying dinner at home, the setup is designed for everyday convenience.



Sleeping Arrangements



Upstairs, the primary queen bedroom offers a more private retreat with its own ensuite full bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower. The bedroom also includes a walk-in closet and access to a private balcony, giving guests an additional outdoor space to enjoy a quiet morning or evening.



The second bedroom features two twin beds, making it a practical choice for children, friends, or guests who prefer separate beds.



The third bedroom features a queen bed and is located near the full hallway bathroom.



The fourth bedroom also features a queen bed, providing additional flexibility for families or groups traveling together.



Bathrooms



The home has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, while the additional full bathroom is conveniently located in the upstairs hallway. Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all guest-accessible interior areas, including the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, half bathroom, laundry room, upstairs balcony, and private backyard. The owner's closet is reserved and unavailable to guests. The garage is also unavailable to guests, so please do not attempt to access or use it during your stay.

Guests can also enjoy the community amenities available within Compass Bay, including the community pool, subject to the community's rules and availability.

Old Town is approximately 1.9 miles away, while Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores is about 1.1 miles away.



For a quieter break from the theme parks, nearby Lake Cecile and Shingle Creek Regional Park offer opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The area also provides easy access to major roads connecting Kissimmee with Orlando and the surrounding attractions.

The home includes an initial supply of essential items to help you get settled comfortably, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and other basic household supplies. Once the starter supplies are used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed during their stay.



The home accommodates up to eight guests. The garage is not available for guest use and should remain closed. The owner's closet is also reserved and not accessible to guests.



The property provides a private backyard and an upstairs balcony. Please supervise children around outdoor areas and use the balcony responsibly.
