• This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking indoors will incur $500 fine.
• Children must be supervised around the pool, hot tub, cold plunge, fire pit, and outdoor areas
• The pool is not heated.
• Please do not adjust pool or spa equipment
• A signed rental agreement/rental conditions and pre-arrival form may be required prior to check-in

Pet Rules:
House-trained dogs only. Max of 2 dogs. $100 per dog, per stay. If more than 2 dogs, please reach out for approval.
No aggressive breeds.
Must be leashed when outside.
No dogs on furniture/beds.
Must be crated if left alone in the property.
Owners must pick up dog waste inside/outside the property.

For added security, the property has exterior surveillance cameras monitoring outdoor areas only. Cameras do not monitor interior living spaces.
