Enjoy a comfortable stay in this cozy alpine-style apartment (46 m²) located right in the heart of Ruka village in Kuusamo. Situated in the West Slope area near the Ruka central square, this bright home accommodates up to four guests (2+2) and features a private electric sauna, a cozy fireplace, and a balcony to relax on after a day outdoors. Built in 2002, it serves as an ideal and practical base for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere and outdoor activities of Ruka.
Living room & Kitchen: The home features an open-plan kitchen and living area complete with a fireplace, TV, and a sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all standard cooking appliances.
Bedrooms: The separate master bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed, offering two fixed sleeping spots.
Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom includes an indoor toilet, shower, dressing room, washing machine, hairdryer, and a drying cabinet for your outdoor clothing. Directly connected is your own private electric-heated sauna.
Parking & Outdoor area: The property offers a parking area with one car heating outlet. Guests also have access to a locked ski storage room and an on-site woodshed with firewood included for the fireplace. An iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner with cleaning equipment are available for your convenience. Pets are welcome!
