Welcome to your Cape Cod getaway at Dennis Seashores, a charming seaside cottage community named one of Cape Cod Life’s Best Mid-Cape Cottages. This cozy two-bedroom cottage is less than a one-minute walk from the community’s private beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and water throughout your stay.
The cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable vacation, with bed linens, towels, and a well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience, along with free WiFi and YouTube TV. The cottage offers air conditioning and heating for your comfort throughout the season.
• Check in time is 4:00pm. Please plan your arrival time accordingly. Check in will be contactless, the key will be left in the front door of the cottage by 4:00pm.
•There is an on-site property manager which are located in the windmill office.
• Cottages will be professionally cleaned and disinfected using an EPA approved disinfectant.
• Professionally laundered bed sheets, one set of bath towels per occupant will be provided weekly.
• There is a coin operated laundromat less than one mile from the property if needed.
•Many restaurants are within walking distance; Ocean House, Ebb Tide and Sundae School which was named one of the 'Best ice cream spots in the U.S.' by food and wine magazine. Located nearby are golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, miniature golf. Also the Cape Cod Rail Trail is located nearby which offers 22 miles of trails for walkers and bikers.
**Following booking, all guests are required to complete and sign the Dennis Seashores lease agreement prior to their stay. The lease agreement is a requirement of the Dennis Seashores Association.
