About this apartment rental
Welcome to our home! Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of an elevator building, steps from Opéra, the Palais Royal, Les Halles and the Grands Boulevards. Located in a 17th-century 5-floor house which retains much of its original charm and offers modern comfort: all appliances, wi-fi, clothes washer/dryer. We are cooks, our kitchen offers everything you need to cook for a couple or for a dinner party.
3 bedrooms, 1 office/tv room with fold-out sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, 2 WC, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms. The master bedroom can sleep 2 adults; the 2nd bedroom 1 adult or 2 children; the 3rd bedroom 1 person. The sofa bed in the office can sleep one more, though the apartment is really designed for up to 5 people.
We supply sheets and towels so that you don't have to worry about anything, and can arrange for cleaning and linen changing during your stay if you would like.
This is our family home, you will of course find personal effects and signs of our life throughout the apartment. You will have access to plenty of closet and storage space for everything you need, our personal items will be stored out of your way. We would ask that you respect our goods and our space which may be accessible. Thank you for your understanding!
