A bright and beautifully refurbished studio apartment on Parque Santiago III, offering a stylish and comfortable base in one of the most popular complexes in Playa de las Américas. Although it overlooks the road, it remains a lovely, high‑standard space, and the balcony is perfect for guests who enjoy watching the world go by.
The private balcony is furnished with a rattan table and chair set, ideal for relaxing outdoors, and includes a clothes airer. Patio doors open into a welcoming lounge with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat‑screen TV, a small selection of books for guests to borrow, and a dining table with two chairs. Two ceiling fans, one over the living area and one over the sleeping area, help keep the apartment cool.
The sleeping area has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table with lamp. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, and kettle. The bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin with mirror, WC, and a washing machine.
Parque Santiago III is known for its beautifully maintained grounds, impressive large swimming pools, and the popular children’s water slides.
