Enjoy four beds, a bright living area, a full kitchen, modern bathrooms, and comfortable spaces to relax together. Conveniently located near Disneyland, Little Saigon, dining, shopping, beaches, and popular Orange County attractions.

• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with two sleeping surfaces

The remodeled kitchen includes modern cabinetry, generous counter space, a refrigerator, gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and essential cookware and dishes.
A dedicated dining area provides a comfortable place for family meals, morning coffee, or takeout from one of Garden Grove’s many nearby restaurants.
BATHROOMS
The home offers two updated full bathrooms for added convenience:
• One bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower
• One bathroom with a tub and glass shower enclosure
Bath towels and basic bathroom essentials are provided.
LOCATION
The home is conveniently located in Garden Grove with easy access to Disneyland Resort, Downtown Disney, the Anaheim Convention Center, Little Saigon, Knott’s Berry Farm, restaurants, shopping, and Southern California beaches. Travel times vary depending on traffic.

Guests have access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom back house. This rental does not include the front residence. Please use only the entrance, parking area, and outdoor spaces assigned to your reservation.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a back house located behind another residence. Although your accommodations are private, you may occasionally see or hear occupants of the front home around the property.
Please respect the neighborhood, observe quiet hours, and keep noise at a considerate level—especially during the evening. Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted.
