1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: After 3:00 PM

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM

Please adhere to check-out times so our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the estate for the next guests.

2. Security & Energy Conservation
Lock Up: Please ensure all windows and exterior doors are securely locked whenever you leave the property.

Lights & HVAC: To help us conserve energy, please turn off all lights, electronics, and fans when you are out for the day. Please keep doors and windows closed when the AC or heat is running.

The Outbuilding: Ensure the secondary gym/nature building is locked up and the lights are turned off after each use.

3. Nature, Trails, & Wildlife
Respect the Wildlife: You will likely see deer, turkeys, and plenty of birds! Please enjoy watching them from a distance. Do not feed, track, or disturb the wildlife.

Stay on the Trails: For your safety and the preservation of the land, please stick to the designated walking trails while hiking.

Leave No Trace: Do not leave any trash, food wrappers, or bottles out on the trails or around the grounds.

4. General Property Care
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the main house, the outbuilding, or on the wooden decks.

No Parties or Events: We maintain a peaceful environment here. Unapproved parties, large gatherings, or extra overnight guests beyond your booking capacity are not permitted.

Quiet Hours: Please respect the tranquility of the countryside. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

5. Trash & Waste
Keep Food Secured: Because we are surrounded by nature, please do not leave food or trash sitting out on the decks or patios, as it will attract unwanted critters.

Trash Disposal: Please place all household trash in the designated bins inside, and bag larger items securely before placing them in the outdoor receptacles.
