About this house rental
Welcome to West Winifred, a beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom, single family home, with a hot tub (!) and EV charger, that we have lovingly restored with all of the luxe, modern amenities everyone wants (and some you didn't know you needed!).
Winifred is a raised home, with a garage stocked with goodies- beach cart, adult bikes, beach toys galore, games like kan jam and cornhole, boogie boards etc. Walk through to the first floor back deck where you'll find the Jetsetter hot tub, a dining table and chairs near to the gas grill, string lights for nighttime hangouts, and a double wide outdoor shower.
Inside, take the stairs up to the second floor and you'll find 4 bedrooms- two tastefully decorated queen rooms, and two whimsical twin over double bunk rooms. Also an updated full bathroom on this floor. Blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep, as well as a pack n play for little ones and sound machines for your use.
Continue up the stairs to the third floor of this reverse living home, and you'll enter the serene, comfortable living space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you and your guests could need for making meals, a gourmet coffee maker, blender and all accoutrements. Here is where you will find a second full bath and not one but two 3rd floor decks. The front deck is the show stopper of the home- views all the way to atlantic city and full water views from dawn til sundown. The back deck is more private and perfect for an afternoon book after a long beach day.
The home is located on a family friendly quiet block, perfect for riding bikes or scooters. The short walk to the beach takes you across the BLVD at a traffic light for super easy crossing.
Be one of our first renters at this home, but don't worry- we have experience as rentees, and are well versed in what LBI vacation goers want when they come to the island.
