WELCOME
We can't wait for you to stay at our townhome, the Driftwood Cottage! Drive or bike to the beaches (2.5 miles away), shops, restaurants, parks and attractions in under 10 minutes. Conveniently visit the other Golden Isles- St. Catherine's, Sapelo, Jekyll, and Cumberland too!

With two bedrooms upstairs, lots of space to spread out downstairs in the living and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen, you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay on St. Simons.

THE SPACE
The condo is newly renovated and now smart - with Alexa, three Smart TVs, lights, and alarm system to keep you and your family entertained and safe. The commercial internet connection and equipment provides 200 Gb downloads with the reliability and speed you need to stream HD movies and do your work as a Digital Nomad. A Portable desk is available so you can wander anywhere within WiFi range and enjoy the change of scenery.

UPSTAIRS
There is a comfy king-sized bed in the master bedroom which adjoins a full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both these bedrooms include Alexa and Smart TVs.

DOWNSTAIRS
The dining and living area are one open space. In the living room, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole crowd, plus Alexa and a smart TV so you can access your streaming apps.

In the kitchen you'll find everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal or just to heat up those leftovers from the many fantastic restaurants nearby/ If you need help with recipe or shopping, there's Alexa Echo show there to help you. The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen.
A half bath rounds out the downstairs.

OUTDOORS
Out the back of the living room is a beautiful deck with chairs, cocktail table, propane grill, with steps leading down to a shared green space. On the front porch you'll find a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach. Enjoy the community pool just steps away from the condo!

Guest Access
Gusts have access to the entire condo and the community pool area.

GPS directions work well, just follow the directions and watch for signage as you come onto the island. There is no gate access code needed to enter the community. So, just drive around the loop road and look for the Cottage Number on the buildings.

There are two marked parking spaces front of the cccondo and several gusst spaces throughout the complex.

Our great location allows easy access on and off the island and gives ou a great base for exploring the beautiful Golden Isles!

NOTE: Some GPS Driving directions may show 1000 Sea Island Road as New Seal Island Road.

WiFi throughout the condo. Wired ethernet connections are available in shelving room area, direct form the Wireless router for demanding applications.Four TV tables provided in the living room and a folding desk upstairs for dining and laptops.

Living room has a Sofa sleeper, with linens and blankets provided.

Coffee makers provided, include a Keurig and Mr. Coffee Drip Coffee maker.

Basic cleaning supples are provided for our staff. Please replace what you use.
