It is a single-story house that has 5 rooms with different layouts. There are also common areas such as: the dining area, the terrace with a living room and outdoor furniture, the pool (unheated nor jets) and outdoor coffee tables.

In each room you will find a bed, air conditioning, portable fan, a space to store clothes and a private bathroom.

In room 1 you will find a room divided into two areas with a door and in the first area there is a kitchenette, a dining room for 3 people and a sofa bed.

In room two you will find several adaptations for greater accessibility, it also has a kitchenette, a breakfast bar.

In room three there is only the bed with the private bathroom.

Room four is the only one divided into two levels (mezzanine), on the ground floor there is a kitchenette, breakfast bar, and closet. On the upper floor is the bed.

In room five there is a bed with a kitchenette, closet and a breakfast table for two people.

Access codes will be shared with you prior to your arrival. Entry to the house is through a keypad lock and another one in your bedroom.

Mérida has a tropical climate (hot and humid) so insects are part of everyday life.
The hot water, as it runs through the pipes, comes out after a few seconds or a minute of waiting.
You may hear guests walking through the hallways or using the common areas.
