The chef's kitchen is a true showpiece, featuring state-of-the-art appliances, custom cabinetry, and Sub-Zero beverage and wine coolers—everything you need whether you're preparing a casual breakfast before heading to the beach or gathering for a memorable dinner at home. A dedicated powder room and laundry area on the first floor add an extra layer of convenience. (Elevator is not included for guests). There is a ring doorbell at the front entrance for security purposes.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Drift into peaceful slumber in one of the four plush, serene ensuite bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with a modern private shower bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms: one furnished with twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, one luxurious king bedroom, and the primary bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed. Each space offers a private retreat where you can unwind and recharge after a day of exploring the island. Downstairs you will find a room equipped with a full size Murphy bed, en suite shower bathroom and a writing desk for those journaling their Key West adventures.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
This is truly the centerpiece of your tropical haven. Step outside into a private oasis designed for effortless relaxation, where a sparkling saltwater pool (can be heated during the cooler months) reaches a 6-foot depth and features integrated spa jets in a true spa-style configuration. Surrounded by professionally designed tropical landscaping, the pool area creates a lush, secluded atmosphere that invites you to slow down, soak up the sun, and settle into your own state of island nirvana. When evening arrives, fire up the grill with your fresh catch of the day, enjoy the putting green, gather around the outdoor entertainment area, and dine beneath the stars. PETS...
This home allows dogs up to 25 lbs- no cats - and a pet fee is required. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night min.). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
