In the farmhouse at the top of the hill of Valgaia, the Alba apartment bears the name of the capital of the Langhe - the city of white truffles and wine - and condenses all its spirit. From its private panoramic balcony, the view opens 180° over hills, vineyards and hazelnut groves, with the UNESCO World Heritage countryside looming on the horizon.
On the comfortable middle floor, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a large living room with sofa bed - very comfortable, designed for a real rest - completed by a second bathroom. Ideal for families or for two couples who want space, comfort and views.
The living area combines the living room, dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), to experience the apartment like a real home between tastings. The two bathrooms, finished with elegant cement tiles and copper details, have a shower with a rain shower head.
The stay is completed by private parking inside the property, the independent entrance with independent check-in, the hot/cold air conditioning and the absolute peace of the hill top.

Respect the silence from 22:00 to 8:00: we are in a quiet and residential environment.
With children , pay close attention to the balcony, parapets and panoramic windows.
Use the kitchenette carefully and leave it clean after use (induction cooktop: suitable pots only).
Turn off the air conditioner, lights and close windows and French doors when you go out .
Separate waste according to the instructions available at home.
Treat the accommodation and the furnishings with care: any damage must be reported promptly.
Park only in the hotel's dedicated private spaces.
