The open layout is ideal for gathering with the people you're traveling with, whether that's family visiting for the season or friends splitting a winter escape together.



This home comfortably sleeps 6: the main bedroom features a King bed with its own Gulf views, while the front bedroom offers two twin Posturepedic beds along with a desk and chair — a nice option for a guest who wants a quiet spot to work or catch up on email. A pull-out sofa in the family room provides flexible additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has its own TV, plus a third TV in the family room, so everyone can settle in on their own schedule.



A standout feature at Dolphin Way: this unit has its own in-unit laundry, a convenience not every unit in the community offers. For extra flexibility, coin laundry is also available at the south end of the second floor. The unit is accessible by stairs or elevator, and includes one assigned parking space plus a private storage closet stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, so you can head down to the sand without packing a thing.
