The Space:

Living space

The first floor features a comfortable living room with a TV, a dining area with seating for six, and a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic tile flooring throughout. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, extra eating space, and a pantry, giving your group plenty of room for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.



The ground-floor master bedroom also provides access to the outdoor area, offering an easy spot to step outside and enjoy some fresh air.



Sleeping arrangements

The four bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across both floors.



Downstairs, the queen bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom and outdoor access, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or want a little extra privacy.



Upstairs, the second master suite features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and balcony. The remaining bedrooms are designed with families in mind: a fun Mickey Mouse-themed room has two twin beds, while the additional twin bedroom also has two twin beds.



With six beds across four bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is designed for both everyday meals and quick snacks between adventures. It includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, and breakfast bar, along with additional eating space.



When you're ready for a sit-down meal, the dining area comfortably seats six. Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the parks or enjoying dinner together at home, there's plenty of space for the whole group.



Bathrooms

The home has three bathrooms, including two private en-suite bathrooms connected to the master bedrooms. Having a bathroom on both floors adds convenience for larger families and groups, especially during busy mornings and evenings.



Resort amenities

Guests have easy access to the amenities at Regal Palms Resort, including the community clubhouse and resort pool. The gated community provides a convenient vacation setting where you can enjoy resort-style amenities while still having a comfortable private townhome to return to.

Regal Palms is located in Davenport, just a short drive from the Walt Disney World area and within easy reach of Orlando's major theme parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment.



Its location makes it a convenient home base for families planning park days while still giving you the option to enjoy a relaxing resort day at home.



Before you arrive

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. The home is located within a gated resort community, and guests will have access to the property's resort amenities according to the community's current policies and fees.



The home is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable vacation stay, including a full kitchen, flat-screen TVs, in-home laundry, and the essentials needed to settle in and enjoy your visit.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Amenities daily fee is 20$ per day plus taxes.



We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
