This welcoming home is thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It features a cozy living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and everyday essentials, a dining table for meals, and bedrooms furnished with beds, nightstands, lamps, and a convenient workspace. Guests can also enjoy in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer.

We’re available around the clock, so guests can contact us anytime with questions, concerns, or anything they may need during their stay.

Located about nine miles southeast of Downtown Atlanta, Panthersville is a suburban community teeming with apartments and houses for rent along tree-dense roads. Panthersville residents enjoy the community’s forest-like environment, along with quick access to an array of everyday conveniences strewn along Candler Road and Flat Shoals Road, including those found at the Gallery at South DeKalb.

The neighborhood provides plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation, with access to Exchange Park, Misty Waters Park, and Gresham Park. Panthersville also sits adjacent to Georgia State University-Perimeter College, making it a great choice for many students, faculty, and staff. Direct access to both I-20 and I-285 connects Panthersville to the rest of the Greater Atlanta area within minutes.



The community offers a variety of convenient amenities, including access to public transportation, a business center, clubhouse, storage space, and a fitness center. Residents can also enjoy a playground, basketball court, and picnic area. The property features walk-up access for added convenience.

**Pet Policy**

* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community

**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.

**Maintenance Access**

* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.

**Occupants & Guest Policy**

* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home

**Mailbox Access**

* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit

**Community Guidelines**

* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
