Settle into a beautifully kept 1942 Colonial in a quiet, cozy Westerly neighborhood. With two bedrooms, two full baths, an office, a dreamy covered front porch, and a verdant backyard, it's an easy, comfortable home base for a classic Rhode Island coastal weekend. Our home is a five-minute walk to downtown Westerly and Wilcox Park, with restaurants, coffee shops, and the train station close by. Misquamicut State Beach, the Westerly town beaches, and historic Watch Hill are about ten minutes away by car. You get the best of both worlds: a calm home base and easy access to everything the coast has to offer.

The Space
Our home blends original 1942 character with comfortable, updated living. Here's what you'll enjoy:
- Sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms — 1 queen bed in primary guest room, 2 full beds in a bunk bed in the second guest room. The top bunk weight limit is a strict 150lbs (great for kids!), please plan accordingly.
- Two full bathrooms, both updated.
- A bright, updated kitchen with everything you need to cook — full-size appliances, a propane range, multiple coffee options, and a set of nice cookware you're welcome to use.
- Comfortable living and dining spaces for gathering after a day at the beach.
- A covered front porch made for morning coffee and evening relaxation.
- Central air conditioning upstairs, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout. Driveway parking for 2 cars.

Guest Access
You'll have the full run of the home and yard for your stay. A couple of small, friendly notes:
- Because we live here midweek, a few clearly marked closets and storage areas are kept private for our belongings — everything else is yours to enjoy.
- The detached garage is not included, but there's plenty of driveway parking. (Garage access can be arranged in advance upon special request — just ask.)
- We leave a house guide with Wi-Fi, appliance tips, and our favorite local spots so you can settle right in.

You'll be staying on a quiet, tree-lined residential street in the heart of Westerly — the kind of place where mornings are peaceful and evenings are calm. Most of our neighbors are young families and longtime residents, and there's a welcoming, cozy feel to the block.
