Lemon Tree is a professionally decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation home in Seaside, Florida, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Located just 176 yards from beach access - approximately a 3-minute walk - and steps from Seaside Town Square, this inviting coastal retreat places the beach, shopping, dining, and the best of Seaside within easy reach. Guests enjoy private Seaside residential beach access at West Ruskin Pavilion, as well as access to three community pools, five clay tennis courts, three pickleball courts, and a fitness center.

The home welcomes guests with a relaxing front porch furnished with four Adirondack chairs and small tables, creating an inviting spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. Inside, the bright, professionally decorated living area features a comfortable sofa and three chairs, with a dining area offering seating for four. The kitchen features four barstools at the island and KitchenAid appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher, along with both a Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker.

Two spacious king bedrooms are located downstairs, each furnished with a king bed, matching nightstands and lamps, a mounted flat-screen TV, closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower-only configuration. One of the king bedrooms also provides direct access to the front porch. A convenient half bathroom is located downstairs as well.
Upstairs, the queen bedroom features a queen bed, matching nightstands and lamps, a chair with footrest, mounted flat-screen TV, and small dresser. The second upstairs bedroom is a built-in bunk room featuring two queen-size beds, each with its own mounted flat-screen TV and built-in storage. The bunk room also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and double vanity.

Outdoor living is an important part of the Lemon Tree experience, with a swing, outdoor dining table with seating for four, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower.
