Welcome to The Oasis at Jackson Bluff, a brand-new Tallahassee home thoughtfully designed for families, friends, FSU fans, campus visitors, and anyone looking for a comfortable home base close to the heart of campus.

Walk to FSU and Doak Campbell Stadium, then bring the tailgate home! One of the highlights of The Oasis is the expansive covered outdoor living area, intentionally designed for entertaining. Fire up the built-in grill in the outdoor kitchen, gather around the outdoor dining table, turn on the TV for the game, or head into the spacious backyard for a round of cornhole. We even added a dedicated ice machine so filling the cooler for game day is easy.

THE HOME

Step inside to a fresh, stylish, open-concept living space designed to make it easy for everyone to spend time together.

The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating and a large Smart TV, making it the perfect place to relax or catch the game. Need additional sleeping space? The living room sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper bed.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and an Island for casual meals and morning coffee. Our dedicated coffee station is stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, sweeteners, and more, with both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker available.

From the kitchen and main living area, step directly outside to the covered deck—creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.

SLEEPING & BEDROOMS

The Oasis features four comfortable bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished to give everyone their own place to unwind.

Bedrooms include comfortable bedding, bedside lighting, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, and closet space. Several bedrooms also feature their own Smart TVs, so guests can relax and watch what they want at the end of the day.

Combined with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, there is flexible sleeping space for families and groups traveling together.

BATHROOMS

The home features two beautifully finished bathrooms, including a spacious walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and handheld sprayer.

We want packing to be a little easier, so the bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and everyday essentials for those little things you may have forgotten at home.

OUTDOOR LIVING & GAME DAYS

This is where The Oasis really shines.

We designed the outdoor space with Tallahassee weekends and entertaining in mind. The large covered deck provides plenty of room to gather while still enjoying the outdoors.

THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS

We built and stocked The Oasis with our guests in mind, including conveniences you may not find in every vacation rental.

A built-in workspace is equipped with a printer, paper, and basic printing supplies—handy for boarding passes, tickets, work documents, or last-minute needs.

You'll also have access to a full-size washer and dryer with laundry supplies, along with extra pillows and blankets.

And because little things can make a big difference when you're away from home, we've provided other helpful guest essentials throughout the house.

The Oasis at Jackson Bluff gives you the convenience of being close to some of Tallahassee's most popular destinations while still giving you a private home and outdoor space to enjoy.
