With six bedrooms, five bathrooms and approximately 3,501 square feet of living space, this two story ChampionsGate villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests while giving everyone plenty of room to spread out, play, dine and relax.



Located within the Stoneybrook South community at ChampionsGate, the home combines a private vacation setting with access to the resort style amenities of the Oasis Club. The property is especially well suited to families and larger groups, with themed spaces, multiple entertainment areas and a private outdoor pool area that gives guests plenty to enjoy without leaving home.



First floor



The first floor brings together the home's main social spaces and some of its most entertaining features.

A queen bedroom on the first floor sleeps two guests and sits conveniently near a full bathroom. An additional storage closet provide practical storage areas, while the laundry room keeps longer stays convenient.

The dedicated first floor game room is designed to keep the fun going long after the theme parks close. Guests can challenge each other on two racing arcade machines, a basketball arcade machine and another arcade game, creating an energetic entertainment zone for both kids and adults.

The kitchen features a central island with seating for three and connects naturally with the dining and living areas. The dining room seats eight, while the living room provides seating for six, creating a comfortable gathering area for meals, conversations and downtime.

Outside, the private pool area becomes another entertainment destination. There is seating for six around the outdoor space, two pool chairs, a grill and an outdoor projector, making it easy to turn an ordinary evening into a movie night, pool day or relaxed family cookout.



Second floor



Upstairs, the home becomes a dedicated retreat for sleeping, relaxing and more entertainment.

A separate TV area seats five and includes an air hockey table, giving the group another place to gather without taking over the main living room.

The standout Wonka themed bedroom features two queen beds and sleeps four guests. A fun built in slide adds an extra playful touch, making this room particularly memorable for families traveling with children.

The upper level also includes a king bedroom sleeping two guests, a full bathroom and multiple linen closets for convenient access to household essentials.

The primary king bedroom sleeps two and includes its own ensuite bathroom, providing a more private space for guests who prefer a little extra separation from the rest of the group.

Another queen bedroom features two queen beds and sleeps four guests, while a twin bedroom with two twin beds accommodates two more guests.

Entertainment

Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away (around 20-25 minutes), with Universal Orlando Resort roughly 21 miles out (35-40 minutes), Epcot about 14 miles (25-30 minutes), and Disney Springs around 13 miles (25-30 minutes). Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles away.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire vacation home, including all six bedrooms, five bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, game rooms, laundry room and private outdoor pool area.

Guests can also enjoy the community amenities available through the property's access to the Oasis Club. Amenity availability, operating hours and any applicable community rules are subject to the resort's current policies.

Check-in is from 4 PM; checkout by 10 AM. The home uses a smart lock for self check-in.

Initial supplies are provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays will likely require restocking. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per day; please request it at least 48-72 hours before your stay begins. Free parking is available in the parkway.
