The group can fire up the golf simulator the dedicated entertainment lounge, while someone else racks up the pool table. Relax in the evening in one of the theater recliner for a movie night on the 98" screen. When it's time to unwind, there are two hot tubs (open year-round) and a private sauna waiting — no waiting in line, no schedule to coordinate.

With 8 spacious bedrooms (all with king or queen beds) plus smart TVs and dedicated workspaces, 2 full kitchens, 3 living rooms, and 2 dining rooms, this property comfortably sleeps 26 without anyone feeling like they're "making do." You will have private access to the entire home during your stay. Please note that guest access is not permitted to the closets that are marked NO GUEST ACCESS (Main House: 2 basement-level closets, main-level closet, primary bedroom closet; Guest House: hallway closet and crawl space). These spaces are monitored and unauthorized entry of these spaces will result in a $500 fine being assessed.

Self check-in to the property is via a personalized door code to our smart lock which is provided 2 days prior to arrival.

I am here for you during your stay, however, our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

Business Hours are from 9 a.m. EST to 5 p.m. EST

Please remember that you are staying at a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and if any problems arise, we will do our best to take care of the problem as soon as you notify us and as soon as possible. Note that there is no one living on site.

Here are some additional important things to know before booking:

- There are 5 steps up to main house front door and 2 steps up to the guest house front door.

- Please always remember to turn the gas fireplace off when leaving the house or not in the room.

- All bed linens and towels are provided. Additionally, a Starter Kit is provided that includes some paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and travel size shampoo and body wash. You may run out of these items during your stay, so you may want to bring extra. We also provide some spices in the kitchen, but guests are welcome to bring their own.

- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

- Please note that you may see our landscaping staff at the home, they will do their best not to disturb you. Please allow them to complete their lawn duties.

- We provide Smart TVs (Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime/Disney+), so just bring your own passwords.

- The house is located in a natural area, so you may see and hear bugs, furry critters of all sizes (including but not limited to bears, deer, squirrels, and rodents). Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in and around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed, do not leave food outside, and secure the trash cans at all times to prevent entry of unwanted critters. Also do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.

- Children are welcome at the house, however, the house may not be suitable for young children because of the indoor fireplace, bunk beds, etc. Parents should use their own discretion when booking and ensure that all guests, children, and pets are monitored at all times while on premises.

- There are no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control
