Guest Access:

Guests have full access to both homes, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. Outdoor access includes each home's private backyard with a fire pit and swing, plus the converted garage game rooms with pool tables. Driveway parking is available at both properties.

The Neighborhood:

Both homes sit in Indian Harbor, a gated lake community just outside downtown Granbury. Streets are quiet and residential, built around shared lake access rather than a busy strip. A gate attendant checks guests in at the entrance, so have the reservation name ready when you arrive.



Downtown Granbury's historic square, restaurants, and shops are a short drive away, and the lake sets the pace for the whole area, boating, fishing, and lakeside walks are all part of daily life here.

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around Granbury. Both homes have driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles each, plus street parking directly in front of the homes.



• Downtown Granbury Square: about 10-15 minutes by car

• Granbury City Beach: about 15 minutes by car

• Nearest boat ramp: a short walk or drive within Indian Harbor

• Lakeside Trail: short walk from both homes

• No public transit in the area, a car or rideshare is recommended for anything beyond the neighborhood



Other Things to Note:

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home’s contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.



• Grill & Propane: A propane grill is available for guest use. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If a refill or exchange is needed, guests may purchase one, and we’ll reimburse the cost of one refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.



• Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Texas’ warm climate means occasional insects may enter the home, especially during warmer months or changes in weather. Occasional sightings do not necessarily indicate an infestation and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.



• Texas Weather: Texas weather can be unpredictable, including severe storms and extreme temperatures. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.



• Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We’ll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.



• Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Grocery and convenience stores are nearby for additional necessities.



• Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is fully cleaned and prepared before every stay.



• Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.
