Built in 2023, this home sits right in the heart of Sanders Beach, the neighborhood locals love for its mix of century old lake cottages and newer builds, all just a short walk from the water. You're on 18th Street, in that stretch between 8th and 19th running south from Sherman Avenue down toward Lake Coeur d'Alene, one of the most walkable pockets in the whole city. Step outside and you're close to everything. Sanders Beach itself is a quiet alternative to the crowds at the main city beach, great for swimming or just sitting by the water. The Centennial Trail runs right through the neighborhood, so you can walk or bike straight into downtown along the lakefront, and Tubbs Hill and its loop trail around the point is close enough for an easy morning hike. When you want Sherman Avenue's restaurants and shops, or the lakefront resort with its famous floating green golf course, you're minutes away on foot, by bike, or a short drive. You get a quiet, established neighborhood to come home to, not the middle of downtown, while still being close to all of it. Inside, this is real new construction, not a remodel. Think vaulted open concept living, custom cabinetry, and designer lighting throughout. The kitchen has Samsung appliances and everything you need to actually cook a meal, with both indoor and outdoor dining space.
