As you arrive you'll be welcomed by the grand entry and lush greenery. Inside the flexible floor plan works perfectly for families, couples or multigenerational travel.

Downstairs you'll find a spacious, open plan living, dining and kitchen space, all facing the gardens with large glass doors bringing the outside in. As well as the fully fenced yard, deck and outdoor shower, enjoy an undercover alfresco area with lounge, dining table and BBQ as well as a ping pong table in the garage, so you can enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. On this level there are two bedrooms, both with flexible twin or king bed configurations (subject to availability) and a full bathroom. Upstairs the main suite boasts filtered water views, ensuite and smart TV, perfect as a parents or grandparents retreat.

Perhaps best of all, Acacia on Orion is just opposite the pedestrian access to Orion Beach, one of the most secluded and private beaches in Jervis Bay. Dolphins enjoy this beach nearly every day so you are in with a very good chance of seeing them close to shore but may also enjoy sightings of seals, echidnas and native birds. It's a sheltered, safe beach surrounded by beautiful bush so with its white sands and crystal clear waters, this really is paradise found! Orion Beach is also the mid way point on the incredible waterside walk between Huskisson and Hyams Beach, 10km of walking/cycling track that follows the shoreline of Jervis Bay and takes in its best beaches and National Park.
