Our 3000SF two-story home is built for big families, friend groups, and traveling professionals who want real space to spread out - not a cramped rental.
We are in a quiet Southwest Las Vegas neighborhood, 5 mins drive to Walmart, Smith's, Sprouts and lots of tea/coffee/boba stores and restaurants.
Short Drive:
12 mins - Town Square / Blue Diamond
15 mins - The Strip / Airport / Allegiant Stadium
20 mins - Red Rock Canyon / Chinatown

Game Night, Every Night: A full-size pool table sits in its own open game area off the living room, so the game goes on while everyone else keeps talking.
Two Separate Living Areas: Two distinct places to sit means the group that wants a movie and the group that wants to talk do not have to fight over one room.
Main-Floor Bedroom with Private Ensuite: One of the 5 bedrooms is downstairs with its own private ensuite bathroom - ideal for grandparents or anyone who would rather skip the stairs.
A TV in Every Single Room: All five bedrooms and both living areas have their own TV. Nobody has to negotiate over the remote.
