We are in a quiet Southwest Las Vegas neighborhood, 5 mins drive to Walmart, Smith's, Sprouts and lots of tea/coffee/boba stores and restaurants.

12 mins - Town Square / Blue Diamond
15 mins - The Strip / Airport / Allegiant Stadium
20 mins - Red Rock Canyon / Chinatown

Pool and Spa, Never Shared: Your own pool and hot tub inside a fully walled backyard - not a community pool, not a shared gate, just your group.

Main-Floor Bedroom: One of the 6 bedrooms is downstairs with its own private ensuite bathroom - ideal for grandparents or anyone who would rather skip the stairs.
Grand Living Room: A dramatic linear fireplace, designer chandeliers and enough seating for all 12 guests at once.
Game Time: An indoor ping pong table for some friendly competition after a day out.
Sleep Well: 6 private bedrooms, EVERY one with a KING bed, comfortable for up to 12 guests. 3 full bathrooms so there is no waiting in line in the morning.
Chef's Kitchen: A full kitchen furnished with all the cooking utensils and supplies you need to whip up delightful meals.
Stay Connected: High-speed WiFi keeps you connected to work, entertainment or your social circle. Smart TVs throughout.
Laundry: Washer and dryer make laundry days easy and stress-free.
GUEST ACCESS
You are welcome to use the entire home. The whole house and the private walled backyard with the pool and spa are yours - nothing inside is shared with anyone.
SPA / HOT TUB HEATING is available on request for an additional fee: up to 3 hours $150, 4 hours or more $300. Please message us before your stay so we can have it heated and ready for you. Please note the SWIMMING POOL is NOT heated, and pool heating is not available. The spa/hot tub is the only heated water.
Parking: 3 free spaces in the driveway. Please note the GARAGE is NOT available for guest use, and street parking is not allowed.
Please note: the barrel sauna in the backyard belongs to the owner and is NOT available for guest use.
Self check-in - the front door has a smart lock and we will send you the code before your trip, so you can arrive whenever works for you after 4:00 PM.
