Just steps from the public beach access, the home offers a screened-in patio, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living areas to relax, and an upper deck to enjoy the sun and ocean breeze.

With multiple levels, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of room to spread out, this home is perfect for multiple families, multiple generations of families coming together, or a friends' getaway.

The main ground-level area features 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer for your use, plus a bonus bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds. Upstairs, you will find one Queen bedroom, one King bedroom, and, with access through the King bedroom, a bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Please note that the bedroom with 2 twins is only accessible through the King bedroom and does not have its own private entrance.

HOUSE RULES

Quiet Hours & Noise Limits: Folly Beach enforces a strict local noise ordinance from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. with a one-strike policy. To protect our neighbors and rental license, we installed a privacy-compliant NoiseAware sensor. It monitors decibel levels only; it does not record audio. If noise limits are exceeded, guests will receive a text reminder to reduce the volume.
No Parties or Events: House parties, weddings, reunions, receptions, events, and outside gatherings are strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is limited to eight guests at all times. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
Parking: A driveway is located on the back side of the property, on Ashley Ave, with plenty of parking.
Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the property.
No pets are permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved in advance by our office.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
The home is elevated, requires stairs to enter, and has no elevator.
Contactless check-in is provided through keyless entry. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
