About this cottage rental
Relax at this peaceful, beautifully remodeled cottage right on Lake Dunmore. Have coffee on the dock as mist rises on the mountains across the lake and loons call. In the evening, enjoy a fire on the lakefront patio or curl up on the screened porch with a book. Guests will find a peaceful space featuring 3 bedrooms upstairs: a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed, perfect for families or groups. Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a relaxing bathtub to unwind after a day of exploring. The cottage stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning and a fieldstone fireplace with gas insert.
There is also a separate studio apartment downstairs with views of the lake that is only rented to the same party. The studio is an additional cost but added on for parties of 8 or more.
The cottage was completely remodeled in 2025 with maple hardwood floors, custom tile bathrooms, a giant pine slab dining table, all new appliances and a 55-inch Frame TV.
Close to great skiing at Killington, Pico, and the Middlebury SnowBowl. There are also miles of trails and waterfall hikes across the lake, cute towns, apple and berry picking, great restaurants nearby and more.
