A screened-in porch extends your living space outdoors, offering wonderful spots to enjoy island breezes and soak in the natural beauty surrounding you.

The villa features two generously sized bedrooms thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six guests comfortably. The primary bedroom showcases a luxurious king bedroom, private balcony overlooking the pristine community pool, Smart TV and an ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom is equally inviting with two twin beds, Smart TV, private balcony overlooking the community and is served by a full guest bathroom. Additionally, a sleeper sofa in the living area offers flexible sleeping arrangements, and a convenient powder room on the main level adds extra functionality for your group.

The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Shipyard villas and rentals are tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
