A vehicle is recommended for getting around the Davenport and Orlando area. The property includes driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, with additional free parking available at the community clubhouse across the bridge.

• BBQ Grill: Grill use is available as a special promotion for free!. Propane is provided.



• Parking: Driveway parking is limited to four vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited, and vehicles parked on the street may be towed. Complimentary parking is also available at the community clubhouse.



• Trash & Recycling: Trash and recycling are collected every Monday. We will take the bins to the curb for you and return them to their designated location on the right side of the house after collection.

• Pool & Spa Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the private pool and spa.



• Damage Protection by Truvi: A mandatory $35 damage-protection fee applies to every reservation; no security deposit is required. This covers accidental damage and theft during your stay, subject to Truvi’s terms. The damage-protection fee is bundled with the cleaning fee and displayed as one combined total.



• Cleaning & Linen Service: The cleaning fee includes professionally cleaned linens and towels, along with complete preparation of the home before your arrival.

Bathroom & Laundry Essentials: Every bathroom is stocked with starter essentials for your arrival. Laundry detergent is also provided for guest use.

Additional Starter Supplies: A starter supply of essentials—including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap—is provided. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

• No Parties or Events: This is a family-friendly community. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum Age: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and remain at the property for the entire reservation.

• Self Check-In: Guests will receive their unique door code before arrival after completing the required resort check-in process.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Additional cleaning and remediation fees will apply if this rule is violated.
