From the main entry to this home next to the driveway, you’ll enter the laundry room/mud room area, the door to the left is the 2nd bathroom which has a separate shower. To the right is the squeaky-clean kitchen which offers Granite Counters, a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven and a microwave. Any necessary cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses etc. are already stocked in the kitchen and waiting for your arrival. On the far end of the kitchen is a spacious dining area that will comfortably seat 6 people. As you leave the kitchen you’ll enter the spacious living room, with reclining couches and comfortable seating for 6, as well as a 42” flat-screen Roku tv to stream all your favorite entertainment over the high-speed Wi-Fi.

On your left, you’ll find a smaller TV room with a love seat and chest with board games (for when you’ve had enough of the kids controlling the TV!) Directly next door is the Master bedroom featuring a King-Sized bed, and it's own Roku enabled TV.

As you walk to the other side of the living room, the first door you’ll come to on the right is the main bathroom which is a full bathroom including a tub and double sinks. The door to the left is another large bedroom with a King bed, its own Roku TV and a wall of built-in cabinets with plenty of closet space and a small desk. The door to the right is the 3rd bedroom and features a full-sized bed and another wall of built in cabinets with a small desk.

All 3 bedrooms have been equipped with your comfort in mind and have memory foam mattresses, as well as fresh linens that are ready and waiting for you to pull them open and fall into!

You’ll walk out to the yard from a door in the main living room to be greeted by Xeriscaped landscaping, a patio with a dining area, a grill, and plenty of room for the kids to run and play! (however many legs they may have)

This wonderful home is clean, stylish and provides for all your daily living needs! All linens and towels are supplied for your visit as well as all the normal necessities such as a hair dryer, clothes iron, soaps, etc. The kitchen is well stocked for the nights you prefer to stay in to cook, while there's also quick access to restaurants & lounges for the nights that you're just not feelin' it- and want to grab a quick dinner & drink or to socialize.

There are 3 motion sensing lights and security cameras that are located on the exterior of the house near entry points. They are on and operational. PETS: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to stay at this home for an additional fee of $49 a week (per pet). Please note that while the yard area is fully fenced, you’ll need to inspect the fencing before leaving your pet unsupervised- every pet has their own unique escape skills. All animals must be disclosed and approved before checking in. We ask that you clean up any waste your pet leaves and dispose of it- additional cleaning fees will apply if you leave it behind.
