The space
This 2bd/2ba family friendly house is freshly upgraded and almost all inside this 1100sq ft house is new! Open floor plan with spacious backyard has everything you need for relaxing with family or friends. The house comfortably sleeps 5. We include a rollaway folding twin bed (see picture), playpen and high chair for the kids.
Smart home with 55” smart Roku TV's in all rooms, Smart thermostat guests can control. More extras include outdoor Jenga, cornhole, games, bistro lights, gas firepit, pool loungers & pool toys. Fully loaded kitchen with pressure cooker, blender, hand mixer, all baking/ cooking gadgets, pantry staples and more!

Other things to note
**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL PAID amenity only offered NOV-APR months.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. So to keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Also only available all consecutive nights of entire stay; at $35 per night.
Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range; depending on weather. Heater is electric and per manufacturer guidelines, water will heat to 30-35 degrees above lowest outside temperatures. December - February are coldest months and water is likely to stay within 77-82 degrees max.
Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.
While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop in 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. We do provide an overnight-solar cover to help combat extreme winter fluctuations. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.
