On-Site Laundry Facilities:

We have laundry available on-site to make your stay comfortable:

Complimentary: Enjoy one free laundry load during your stay.Additional Loads: Extra washes are available for $4 USD per load.
Drying: We do not have a machine dryer on-site. Please hang-dry your clothes in the warm Aruban breeze!

If you prefer a full-service "wash and fold" experience, there is a great option nearby:

Island Wildlife & Local Dogs :
Aruba is a beautiful tropical island where you will frequently see local free-roaming dogs (known locally as 'cunucu' dogs) and wildlife wandering freely along public streets and beaches. They are a normal part of the island's charm and community. Aruba is officially certified as rabies-free, but we always recommend giving public animals their space while you are out exploring.

Other Things to Note & Safety:

Starter Kit: We provide a starter kit, including two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for each unit.

Child Safety Warning: This property features an open staircase, an unfenced pool, and no lifeguard. Because of these layouts, the property is not naturally suitable for infants or small children. For their safety, we kindly ask that children be strictly supervised by an adult at all times while on the property.

House Rules & Property Policies:

Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Property Security: For your safety and security, please lock the gates every single time you enter or exit the property.

No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Visitors: Extra visitors are not allowed on the property unless you notify us and receive explicit approval in advance.

Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please review and follow the pool rules posted near the pool area.

Sensitive Plumbing: Our island plumbing is sensitive. Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even "flushable" ones), feminine products, or paper towels. Use the provided trash cans.

Eco-Friendly AC Policy: Electricity is a precious resource on the island. Please help us conserve energy by turning off all air conditioning units whenever you leave the property for the day.
