The Space:

Just inside the entry is a full bathroom with a walk in shower. The main floor is anchored by a full kitchen, with the dining and living room sharing the same open space. The kitchen sits behind a pass through counter with an island seating 3 on stools, and the dining table has 4 stools, seating up to 6 when stools are pulled in from the island. The kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and drip coffee maker, and the washer and dryer are full size and top loading, tucked into a closet across from the kitchen.



The living room centers on an electric fireplace, with a Roku TV and Spectrum cable, plus high speed WiFi throughout. A pullout couch here is the third sleeping spot, rounding out capacity for up to 6. The private patio off the living room faces Holiday Valley.



Upstairs, two bedrooms sit off the same hallway, each with a queen bed and a ceiling fan, including a second Roku VT in the primary bedroom. They share one full bath with a tub and shower combo.



Board games and puzzles are available for a cozy night in.



A 20-minute sidewalk walk leads into the Village.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the townhouse. Check-in is keyless with a smart lock and a personal access code.



The Neighborhood:

Wildflower is a condominium development just outside the Village of Ellicottville, across from Holiday Valley right before Holiday Valley Road. The location puts you close to everything without being in the middle of it. The Holiday Valley driving range, Wayne's Depot, and Pour are all close by. The Village shops, restaurants, and bars are an easy walk or bike ride.



In winter, the mountain is right there. A free Holiday Valley shuttle picks up in the community during ski season, so ski days work even without a car.



In summer, the area is green and peaceful, ideal for guests who want outdoor activities without the noise of a resort property. Mountain biking, hiking, and the Sky High Adventure Park at Holiday Valley are all close by. The Village is an easy bike ride for dinner, drinks, or browsing the local shops.



Getting Around:

🎿 Holiday Valley: one of the closest units in Wildflower to the mountain; a 5-minute walk to the Sunrise Lift when conditions allow.

🏘️ Village of Ellicottville: about a mile away, an easy walk with a sidewalk the whole way.

⛳ Holiday Valley driving range: a 1-minute walk in summer.

🍺 Wayne's Depot (Bar Bill wings): a 1-minute walk, on the same side of the road, with no need to cross Route 219.

🍷 Pour: walkable, across Route 219.

🚌 Ski-season shuttle: the free Holiday Valley shuttle picks up at the Wildflower gazebo 20 minutes after the hour. It runs hourly from 8 am to 8 pm on weekends and holidays, and on request on weekdays and after 8 pm. Contact the resort to schedule a pickup. There is no shuttle to the Village.

🚗 Rideshares may be available, but often only on weekends and holidays, depending on season and demand. A car helps but is not required.

🔊 For everyone's comfort, this home has a Minut noise sensor. It measures sound levels only, never records audio or video, and simply lets us know if things get too loud so we can check in. It also helps us comply with the local noise ordinance.

⚖️ Guests are responsible for any town fines, and we may ask you to leave if a formal complaint is filed.



🎿 Holiday Valley runs activities across every season. All resort activities are operated by Holiday Valley, are not included with your stay, and must be purchased separately. Seasonal hours and availability are set by the resort. We are not affiliated with Holiday Valley, and we do not have access to lift ticket discounts.

🏘️ Wildflower is a condominium development, and we do not control or manage other units in the building.

🅿️ During Fall Fest, parking is limited to two vehicles and a permit must be displayed on the dash.

🚗 All-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended in winter; Ellicottville is in the snow belt and roads can be challenging after storms.

We respect your privacy and will not be on-site during your stay, but we are available via messaging around the clock and typically respond within just a few minutes. Check-in instructions are shared the morning of check-in. We try to allow early check-in at no charge whenever we can, and we will message you if the home is ready before the scheduled check-in time. We are happy to answer questions, share local recommendations, or help if anything comes up.
