Welcome to our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Blackcomb townhome, located in Whistler’s peaceful and highly sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood.
Designed as our family’s Whistler home, the townhouse has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped for comfortable mountain getaways in every season. Enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain, your own private hot tub, a cozy fireplace, a heated mudroom with boot and glove warmer, secure underground parking, and plenty of space to relax after a day outdoors.
The home sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a quieter Whistler location while remaining close to the Village, Lost Lake and the mountains.
THE SPACE
Our two-storey townhouse has the main living areas and second bedroom on the entry level, with the primary bedroom upstairs.
The bright main floor features an open kitchen, dining and living area with large windows overlooking the surrounding trees and green space.
The fully equipped kitchen has quality appliances, generous counter space and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before skiing to dinner at home with family and friends.
The dining area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather, while the living room features a fireplace, large-screen TV and comfortable seating. The sofa also converts to a queen bed for additional sleeping space.
Step outside onto the main-floor deck to enjoy the peaceful forest setting.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The upstairs primary bedroom features a king-size bed and TV. Just outside the bedroom is a private deck with your own hot tub — a wonderful place to soak after skiing, hiking or biking.
The upstairs full bathroom features heated floors and a heated towel rack.
The second bedroom is located on the main floor and features two twin beds. The beds can also be converted into a king, making the room flexible for families or couples.
A second full bathroom is also located on the main floor and includes heated floors and a spacious double shower.

Living room — Queen sofa bed

PRIVATE HOT TUB
One of our favourite features of the home is the private hot tub located on the upper deck.
There is nothing better after a day on the mountain than coming home, putting your ski gear away and relaxing outside in your own hot tub surrounded by the Blackcomb forest.
Unlike a shared complex hot tub, this one is exclusively for our guests and is professionally serviced every week.
SKI ACCESS
Our location on Blackcomb Mountain provides very convenient access to the ski hill.
For ski-out, guests walk approximately 170metres along Painted Cliff Road to the ski trail beside Blackcomb Springs Lodge. From there, the trail connects with Lower Cruiser and takes you down toward the Blackcomb base and lifts.
Ski-home access is possible when snow conditions permit. The route through the neighbourhood relies on natural snowfall, so direct ski access back toward the townhouse cannot be guaranteed throughout the season.
When snow coverage is limited, we normally ski back to the same area where we access the ski-out trail and walk the short distance home.
A free Whistler shuttle is also available nearby, providing another easy option for getting to Blackcomb, Whistler Village and the surrounding area. This runs every 7-8 minutes during the peak winter season.

LOCATION
The Benchlands is one of Whistler’s most desirable areas, located on Blackcomb Mountain above the Village.
We love being close to everything while having a much quieter setting than staying directly in Whistler Village.
A free shuttle runs through the Benchlands and makes it easy to travel between the townhouse, Blackcomb base and Whistler Village without needing your vehicle.
You can also follow the walking paths down toward the Village, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops and après-ski.
Lost Lake is nearby and is a favourite destination throughout the year.
SUMMER IN WHISTLER
The location is just as enjoyable outside ski season.
From the townhouse you have convenient access to Whistler’s extensive network of walking, hiking and biking trails, Lost Lake, Blackcomb Mountain activities and nearby golf courses.
Secure bike storage is available on site.
After a summer day of hiking, biking or golf, come back to the quieter Blackcomb setting, enjoy the deck and finish the evening in the private hot tub.
PARKING & ACCESS
Secure underground parking is included with your stay.
Guests also have access to secure bike storage within the complex. We do not allow bikes in our unit.
Entry to the townhouse is by individual keypad code, so there is no need to arrange a key pickup.
Please note that there are approximately six stairs leading to the entrance of the townhouse.

This is our family vacation home rather than simply an investment rental, and we have put considerable care into the furnishings, renovations and equipment throughout the property.
The Benchlands location is particularly well suited to guests who want to enjoy everything Whistler has to offer during the day but prefer to return to a peaceful home away from the activity of the Village.
