1. Check‑in & Check‑out
Check‑in from 15:00, check‑out by 10:00. Person‑met check‑in only, self‑check‑in is NOT available. Please send us your approximate arrival time in advance so our host can meet you. Late arrival is possible by prior arrangement only.

2. No parties or events
Parties, gatherings and loud noise are strictly forbidden. Quiet hours apply from 10 pm to 7 am. Please keep noise low to respect neighbours in the building.

3. Smoking
Strictly no smoking inside the whole apartment. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas of the building. Cleaning fee will apply if smoke odour is found indoors.

4. Pets
No pets are allowed on the premises.

5. Guests
Only registered booking guests may stay. No extra overnight visitors without prior approval. Maximum 7 guests.

6. Children safety
Children are welcome. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. We do not supply cots, high‑chairs or other infant equipment.

7. Apartment & Building
Please keep the apartment tidy. Dispose rubbish following building waste‑collection rules. Do not damage furniture, fixtures or fittings. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please close windows and doors when you leave the unit.

8. Parking
One secure underground garage parking space is provided free of charge for booking guests only. Please follow building parking‑area instructions.

9. Before check‑out
Please complete basic tidying, wash used dishes and take out rubbish before check‑out. Full deep clean will be done by our cleaning team after you leave.
