The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Pacific Beach! This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat combines a fun coastal style with a location that makes it easy to enjoy everything this beach neighborhood is known for.



Start the morning with coffee outside before walking down to Tourmaline Beach for a surf session or a day on the sand. When you're ready to relax, come home to a bright and comfortable living room with plenty of seating, a large TV, and an open, easygoing atmosphere for spending time together.



The home has partial A/C, with a split unit located in the living room. Leaving the bedroom doors open allows the cool air to circulate into the sleeping areas, and both bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans for additional airflow.

The home is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged family member can come along for the San Diego adventure.



You'll have driveway parking for one vehicle, plus easy access to the beaches, surf, restaurants, coffee shops, and laid-back atmosphere that make Pacific Beach such a favorite San Diego destination.

Welcome to Pacific Beach, one of San Diego’s most loved coastal neighborhoods! The home is located within walking distance of Tourmaline Beach and Tourmaline Surfing Park, a local favorite known for its laid-back atmosphere, beautiful coastline, and great surfing.



Start your morning with a walk to the ocean, catch some waves, spend the afternoon on the sand, or head down for one of San Diego’s incredible sunsets. The surrounding Pacific Beach neighborhood offers plenty of casual restaurants, coffee shops, local eateries, shopping, and nightlife, all while keeping you close to the relaxed beach lifestyle.



You’ll also be a short drive from some of San Diego’s favorite destinations, including La Jolla, Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and SeaWorld.



Whether you’re visiting to surf, explore San Diego, or simply enjoy a few days by the ocean, this location makes it easy to experience the best of coastal San Diego.



Getting Around:

One of the best parts of this location is how easy it is to enjoy the beach lifestyle! Tourmaline Beach and Tourmaline Surfing Park are within walking distance, so you can leave the car behind for beach days, morning surf sessions, and sunset walks.



Pacific Beach is easy to explore by foot, bike, or car, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and local favorites nearby. La Jolla, Mission Beach, Mission Bay, SeaWorld, and other popular San Diego attractions are also just a short drive away.



The home includes driveway parking for one vehicle. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

This home has a maximum occupancy of 5 people in beds. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced.



This unit is part of a duplex. Each unit has their own yard space but shares the driveway.

This home is PET FRIENDLY. There will be a pet fee of $150 per pet, plus tax.



Baby items are available to rent for an additional charge (high chair and pac-n-play)

Early Check-In's and Late Check-Out's can be requested 1 week prior to check-in - But is not guaranteed - it is based on availability.
