Summary:

A short stroll brings you to Palm Cove Beach, where you can slip into turquoise waters, cast a line at the jetty, wander the palm-fringed beachfront or paddle towards Double Island at sunrise. Back home, contemporary interiors offer generous living areas, multiple workspaces and a modern kitchen, with air conditioning throughout. The lush backyard calls for sun-soaked days, with two alfresco dining areas, a BBQ, a fire pit for cosy evenings and an expansive lawn wrapped in vibrant greenery.



The Space:

The main living area invites everyone to sink into the deep sectional for movie nights around the wall-mounted TV, while a second lounge offers a quieter setting for reading or conversation. A home office with a desk and monitor makes working remotely easy, with natural light creating a bright setting for productive hours.



The kitchen makes everyday cooking feel effortless, with premium appliances and a butler’s pantry keeping cookware neatly organised. A dedicated tea and coffee station with a coffee machine, milk frother and kettle makes morning brews easy. Gather around the dining table for leisurely breakfasts and home-cooked dinners, with the open-plan setting keeping everyone connected.



Outdoors, the sprawling backyard and two alfresco dining areas are immersed in flourishing gardens. Savour meals beneath the covered patio or dine under the open sky in the sun-drenched courtyard. Fire up the gas BBQ as the kids roam the expansive lawn, with leafy hills beyond. As the sun dips low, gather around the portable fire pit beneath the stars.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a generous retreat with a king bed and an extensive walk-in wardrobe. Its private furnished balcony offers a peaceful perch for morning coffee while taking in leafy neighbourhood and hillside views. The second bedroom pairs a queen bed with its own walk-in wardrobe and private TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and the fourth has two single beds. Two bathrooms are conveniently located on this level, with an additional half bathroom downstairs.



A dedicated laundry with a washing machine and ironing facilities makes longer stays simple. Driveway and garage parking accommodate up to four vehicles. Split-system air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, living areas, the dining area, the office, and the upstairs landing.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Just a short walk brings you to the coast, with the beach and jetty right at your doorstep. Popular amongst fishermen of all ages, Palm Cove jetty juts out from the northern side of the beach. Swim in the netted enclosure, stroll the Palm Tree Tunnel, or watch the sunset over Double Island. If you're up early enough, catch a paddle over to Double Island itself, a continental island just off Palm Cove, with sunrise kayak tours departing right from the jetty.



Dining is a true highlight of the area, with local favourites like Rattle n Hum, El Greko Greek Taverna, Kushi Yakitori, Vivo and Miguel's all just a stroll away, plus Nu Nu Restaurant waiting for a celebrated beachfront meal to remember.



Getting Around:

Parking: Four free parking spaces are available, one in the garage and three in the driveway, plus free street parking nearby.



Airport: 25 minutes by car



Public Transport: 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Two sofa beds are available in the living area, with a set-up fee of $30. Kindly let us know in advance if you'd like it set up for your stay.
