The space
Escape to our classic Lake Tahoe retreat for 9 guests. This cozy townhome features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a private hot tub. Brand new bathrooms with walk-in shower and designer finishes. The lower level features 3 private bedrooms with luxury mattresses and a master with a single bed and bunk-bed. The main living area features an open floor plan with beautiful wood elements and multiple decks creating a quintessential Tahoe experience. Conveniently located just a 2 minute drive to Tahoe City Common Beach and downtown dining and shopping. Enjoy picnics, pickleball, tennis, and sand volleyball at Kilner Park. Perfect getaway for your family on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe!

HOME LAYOUT:
- First Floor: 4 bedrooms with newly remodeled bathrooms. Full size washer & dryer.
- Second Floor: Open-concept living area with seating for 12, large kitchen with central island, and newly remodeled half bath.
Note: This is a single-family home that shares a wall with a neighboring property. Slight noise transfer may be present through the shared wall.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, the expansive deck, hot tub, and backyard wooded area. A charming 2-minute footpath leads you directly to Tahoe Bake House.
Other things to note
- Bear Safety: Lake Tahoe is active bear country. Always throw trash in the bear-proof trash bin. Never leave trash outside.
- Security Camera: We have a 24/7 doorbell camera at the entrance.
- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter.
- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld.
- Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
