Uptown Mall, Uptown Parade, Mitsukoshi Mall, Grand Hyatt Hotel, and St. Luke’s Medical Center are just a 2–3-minute walk away. NAIA Terminal 3 Airport is approximately 7.2 km away, around a 25-minute drive depending on traffic. Central Square/High Street, Market! Market!, and SM Aura are approximately a 15–20-minute walk away.

The Space

Our brand-new unit offers a bright, airy, and comfortable atmosphere, making it perfect for families and groups. The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the balcony, a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix, an entertainment system with soundbar, and a split-type air-conditioning unit.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a two-door refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, cooktop stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, bread toaster, rice cooker, basic pots and pans, and a complete dinnerware set.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh, crisp linens, split-type air conditioning, and a wardrobe closet. The second bedroom has a full double-size bed with topper, fresh linens, split-type air conditioning, and a wardrobe closet. A Pack ’n Play/crib is also available upon request.

The common bathroom is equipped with a full toilet and bath, hot and cold shower, bidet, shampoo, and body wash. The second bathroom includes a toilet and bidet.

For your convenience, the laundry area includes a washer/dryer combo, clothes drying rack, flat iron, and ironing board. The unit also provides high-speed 300 Mbps Fiber Wi-Fi, 24-hour concierge and security, and a video intercom connected to the lobby. Basic essentials such as linens, towels, hairdryer, and tissue paper are also provided.

Guest Access

Guests may enjoy the building’s amenities, including the swimming pool, picnic area, jogging path, playground, and spa room. The swimming pool is closed every Monday for maintenance and sanitation. If Monday falls on a holiday, maintenance will be conducted the following day. A maximum of three (3) registered guests per unit may use the swimming pool for free, while additional guests are subject to a ₱300 per-person fee.

The indoor spa room is also available for guests who wish to enjoy a relaxing treatment. Guests may bring their own masseuse, with the spa room available at ₱300 per hour. For registration and access to the amenities, please ask for assistance at the concierge desk and complete the required form before use.

Guest Registration & House Rules

Upon confirmation of your reservation, all guests are required to provide a copy of a valid ID and acknowledge/sign the House Rules & Regulations mandated by Uptown Parksuites Condominium at least one day before the scheduled check-in date. These requirements are necessary to complete the guest endorsement with the property management office. Upon arrival at the building reception, guests will also be asked to present a valid ID for verification.

The maximum occupancy of the unit is 5 adults and 2 children (17 years old and below). All visitors must be declared in advance and valid IDs must be submitted for building endorsement. Visitors are included in the unit’s maximum capacity. Visitors arriving at 10:00 PM or later without prior endorsement may be denied entry by the building administration.

Please note that daily housekeeping, towel/linen replacement, and replenishment of amenities are not included during your stay. The towels and linens provided at check-in are intended for the duration of your stay.

Paid parking is available inside the building for an additional fee and is subject to availability. If building parking is unavailable, nearby parking options include Uptown Parade Steel Parking and Uptown Mall.
